Our Flyer

All Pathfinders Community programs meet the HCBS Final Rule requirements.

We expect all members to abide by the Community Guidelines and Safety Rules as best they can. The goal of these is to keep everyone feeling safe and respected at Pathfinders programs. Nobody is perfect, so naturally sometimes we fall short. Our expectation is that you will always try your best to follow these guidelines, and gently remind yourself of the guidelines when you fall short.

  • While this is allowed, especially for safety or medical reasons, we encourage parents/caregivers to socialize with each other and allow this time to be an opportunity for the member to practice independence as they explore creativity, social interactions, and friendship on their own. They are in experienced and caring hands.
